IJRU’s new Event Approval Process (EAP) establishes a standardized system that safeguards against competition manipulation, ensures a comprehensive global ranking system, and centralizes all competition-related data. This aligns with the values and expectations of international organizations like the IOC and AIMS, with whom IJRU is actively working to build strong partnerships. For athletes to have world records recognized and appear on the global leaderboard, all events must go through IJRU’s EAP.

The successful promotion and implementation of this process will depend on future engagements at the national and sub-national levels. A singular, unified global approach is essential to ensure fairness and consistency in competitive rankings, benefiting athletes and competitions worldwide.
