This Hong Kong Rope Skipping Invitational Championship is proudly recognized as a “Major Local International Event” in Hong Kong, featuring top jump rope athletes from Australia, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Mainland China, Macau, and Hong Kong. It offers an exciting preview of the World Championships in Japan this July.

In celebration of the 15th National Games, the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland, and the anniversary of the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Association, China, we’re hosting two free community events to promote jump rope for everyone.

This competition is an official sanctioned event approved through IJRU’s Event Approval Process
