The IJRU Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the attendance of the Hong Kong athletes at the IJRU 2020 World Championships.

Ethics panel

We are in the process of reviewing all applicants for the IJRU Ethics Panel. With all interviews complete, the IJRU Board of Directors will review each candidate and notify those who have been selected before the end of the year. We would like to thank all applicants for their time and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Technical Committee appointments

IJRU approved new members for the Technical Committee. Individuals will be contacted over the next few weeks and the new Technical Committee will start meeting shortly.

We ask the entire jump rope/rope skipping community to join us in thanking all members from the initial technical committee for their tireless work drafting our rule set. Some members will continue in this role, while others will take on new roles within our organization.

Technical Congress

Does your country want an opportunity to provide input and feedback about proposed rules before they are official? Each National Governing Body has an opportunity to appoint 2 delegates to the IJRU Technical Congress. Between the 2 delegates, each country will receive one vote on all proposed rule changes.

Send an email to info@IJRU.sport to appoint your national Technical Congress delegates. NGBs can appoint delegates at any time, however, we recommend that you provide these names as soon as possible, so that you can have your say.

The following countries have provided the names of their Technical Congress delegates:

  • Australia
