Youth Development Commission - Call for Applicants
In order for our sport to reach new heights, we need to take into consideration the health and development of young athletes. As a result, the IJRU Board of Directors has established the Youth Development Commission.
This group will look into the development of young athletes and will advise the Board and other IJRU committees about rules, events, programming and more. This includes the establishment of grass roots, organized and educational programming that focuses on the principles of Long-Term Athlete Development. This commission is tasked with the growth strategy of our youth and to bring our sport to youth around the world.
