Looking for your next jump rope/rope skipping challenge? Enter the Jump Rope Games! This is a free online event hosted by our partner Elite SRS. The International Jump Rope Union is excited to sponsor this fun event. All you need is a public Instagram account, a rope and passion for the sport of jump rope/rope skipping.  

How do I join the Jump Rope Games? 

Follow these instructions to enter the Jump Rope Games: 

  1. Visit the Jump Rope Games website 

  2. Select the games you want to enter 

  3. Follow the video guidelines and submission instructions 

Submissions are open from July 16 to August 16, 2021 and voting begins on July 16. 

What are the challenge events and details? 

The Jump Rope Games include the Speed Games: 

  • Double Under 30 

  • Double Dutch 30 

  • Speed 30 

 And, the Freestyle Games: 

  • Tangle Test 

  • Tangle Test Duet 

  • Power Hour 

  • Freestyle 

  • Freestyle Duet 

  • Double Dutch Freestyle 

  • Jump Anywhere
