For non US residence, please follow the procedure below.

  • After signing in, go to “My Profile” then select “Payment Methods” on the left side of the screen.

  • Add your preferred credit card to your profile.

  • Then select “Buy Tickets” and select the 2023 World Jump Rope Championships event to decide what seats you would like.

  • Email Riley Dunlop (rdunlop@coloradocollege.edu) with your preferred seat locations and they will be added to your account.


TICKETS ON-SALE NOW FOR THE 2023 WORLD JUMP ROPE CHAMPIONSHIPS

IN COLORADO SPRINGS, OLYMPIC CITY USA

 

The International Jump Rope Union, Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, Colorado College and Visit Colorado Springs to host 1,000 of the top jump rope athletes from 30 countries

 

April __, 2023 – (Colorado Springs, Colorado) - The International Jump Rope Union, the international federation for the sport of jump, in partnership with the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, today announced tickets are on-sale for the 2023 World Jump Rope Championships.

The event will be a combination of the World Championships, as well as the International Open Tournament and the Junior World Championships and be held July 16-23, 2023. The feature sessions for the World Championship event will be July 21-23.

There will be three phases of ticket sales:

·      Now – “Every Jump Pass” for all sessions of the events above

·      April 17 – “Mini Pass” options for the International Open Tournament and Junior World Championships; or all three feature nights of the World Championships of July 21, 22, 23

·      May 8 – “Single Day Tickets” for each feature night of the World Championships of either July 21, 22 or 23

Tickets are on-sale via Ticketmaster. The IJRU also has provided a ticket overview and FAQ sheet.

The event will have 1,000 athletes and 3,000 total participants (athletes, coaches and officials) from more than 30 countries and will mark the first time the event will be held in Colorado Springs. Featured events include:   

·      Double Dutch Contest – urban culture fuses with acrobatics, dance and music

·      Single Rope and Double Dutch Speed – the fastest jumpers alive

·      Single Rope and Double Dutch Freestyle – acrobatics with unlimited skill combinations and endurance 

All spectator events will be held at the state-of-the-art Ed Robson Arena on the Colorado College campus, marking the first major international event to be slated for the multipurpose space.

Previous sites of the World Championships include Oslofjord (near Oslo), Norway in 2019 and Shanghai, China, and Orlando, Florida (USA) in 2018. Two events were held that year as two organizations eventually merged to form the IJRU. The 2021 World Jump Rope Championships were held virtually due to the pandemic.
