First Pre-Release of the Rule Book

The IJRU Rule Book is coming close to the completion of its first version. Over the past month we have tried to finalize all sections of the rule book, but there are a few sections in the competition manual that we can’t complete until after the first IJRU General Congress.  This is the version of the rule book that will be considered at the first IJRU General Congress.

If you have not had an opportunity to read our earlier blog posts, they may be helpful in understanding these rules and how they were developed. Most of the difficult decisions in developing these rules are discussed there.
