Athlete Spotlight: Mike Fry (USA)

Mike is a 3x National Champion, 4x World Champion, and 2x Team USA Captain who has been involved in the sport for 29 years. After joining Ohio’s Heartbeats Jump Rope Team in 1996, he immediately fell in love with the sport and the possibilities for boundless creativity. In 2009, he founded One World One Rope, an organization that brought competitive jump rope to athletes in Tanzania and Kenya. Mike is now based in Los Angeles, where he and his wife are raising two wild boys. He coaches and performs across Southern California with his jump rope company, Let’s Jump, LA. He is the creator of the Mic release.
